I am finally getting settled here a month after you moved my piano and wanted to drop you an email of thanks for a perfect piano moving experience. I have moved many, many times and moving my big upright has always been one of the biggest issues. Not this time! I had a list of five piano movers to contact, but after connecting with you I didn't even bother to call the rest. Your response to my inquiry was prompt and professional, addressing each question or concern I had. That high level of professionalism held through all subsequent conversations and most definitely the move itself. I can't tell you how I appreciate the care you took in the moving process itself and yet I still marvel at how efficiently and quickly the move was made. You quoted quicker than anyone else, gave us a good price and responded quickly by email and telephone. You provided a list of all the paperwork that customs required at the border. You even paid for all of the taxes at the border and with us reimbursing you later. As soon as you setup the piano it was being played! The sound was marvelous. Very impressive job.
